What is a Record?
Record is a piece of information regardless of the form or medium, created or received,
maintained and used by an Individual or Organization in transaction of business or in fulfilling any legal obligation in order to provide evidence or reference.

Records can be categorized based on the following;

• Ownership eg. Personal records, Organization records or Public record   
• Form eg. Electronic or Papers based records
• Stage which they are in this i to say active records, semi-active records and inactive records 
• Value such as Historical or Evidential value

Under those categories we have various types of records such as;Financial records,Personnel records,Administrative records.Medical records,Education records,Legal records among others.

EMERGING TRENDS IN INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY

21st century has been defined by application of and advancement in information technology. Information technology has become an integral part of our daily life. According to Information Technology Association of America, information technology is defined as “the study, design, development, application, implementation, support or management of computer-based information systems.”
Information technology has served as a big change agent in different aspect of business and society. It has proven game changer in resolving economic and social issues.
Advancement and application of information technology are ever changing. Some of the trends in the information technology are as follows

• Cloud Computing
• Mobile application
• User Interfaces
• Analytics

BE AN EAGLE

Eagles fly alone and at High Altitudes( they don't fly with Sparrows,Ravens and other small birds)MEANING Stay away from narrow minded people those that brings you down.(Eagle flies with
 Eagles to keep good company)

Eagles have an accurate vision.They have the ability to focus on something as far as 5km away , no matter the obstacles the eagle will not move his focus from the prey until he grabs it
MEANING Have a vision and remain focused no matter what obstacles and you will succeed.

Eagles do not eat Dead things.They Feed only on Fresh Prey
MEANING Do not rely on your past success,keep looking for new frontiers to conquer.in the other way leave your past where it belongs, (in the Past)

Eagles love the Storm When cloud gather the eagles gets excited the eagle uses the storms wind  to lift it self higher above the clouds.
MEANING Do not fear to face challenges, use them to rise to greater heights(Achievers are not Afraid of Challenges rather they relish them and use them Profitably)

Eagles Prepare for Training. They remove the feathers and soft grass in the nest so that the young ones get uncomfortable in preparation for flying and eventually flies
MEANING Leave your comfort Zone there is No Growth there
